I was hoping for a answer to this before I wrote since the last time I posted a "this happened to me, too" I was accused of confirmation bias instead of receiving a possible solution, but, well, this happened to me, too. Among others, Richie Ashburn, the fastest player in baseball in 1951 (as per Bill James speed scores) went from a 10 (1-10 scale) to a 6 even though he was 100% rested. I thought I solved this by running autocalc a few times prior to the season start, but it didn't correct this after all. All the settings I try to use are to have players use their real stats for that 1 season (player development off, etc.) so I'm sure I missed something. Thanks.
