The process itself is pretty straight forward. A few weeks leading up, I didn’t sell any guys I could see improving enough to get bumped up to Gold, Diamond, or Perfect. Personally, I didn’t chase any Diamonds, just didn’t sell any I got. Some hit: Yordan, Goldy, and Fried. Others did nothing: Buxton, Cole, and Burnes. I then attacked the Gold and Silvers. McClanahan I felt was a safe bet (at worst, he’d remain in Gold). Alcantara, Vlad, Verlander we’re others I bet on. Most didn’t have the mission bump, and we’re safe bets to not lose any value if I had to resell. Silvers we’re fairly successful: Ward and Skubal both got bumped to Gold. The risk is so minimal, as you’re paying so little to acquire them. Gilbert and Musgrove were the only two I really missed on, and I can easily resell them for close to what I bought them for.

Definitely worth doing. No way to accurately predict the upgrades, though, LOL. They make no actual sense. It's almost like they just randomly bring people up and down. Tony Gonslin is 10-0 with 1.6 ERA and over 3 WAR and he is still a 77
