Is the problem that it is so customizable, that it takes forever to customize a new league (for those who don't have any templates created as starters), or that most of us, myself included, who put an embarassingly high amount of time into the game don't have a full understanding of many of the options? Or all of the above...
I love the customization, I don't love how long it takes to put a new universe together sometimes... a double edged sword I suppose.
