I had the same thought as it occurred to me that last year’s beta was only like in Australia/Canada (don’t remember exactly). Hopefully US gets earlier access this time, but I don’t know the App Store enough to know if they could do a limit like you suggested. Great idea, though, and good customer acknowledgement.
