*Edited the original subject line because I realize that what I do not want to see is the possible potential/maxed out value.

File this under "I wish I did not know that".

There are so many ways to game the game...and this was one of the ways that made it feel more like real life versus a game. I assume that a SS moving to 2B would eventually have the same rating/experience, but a LF moving to 1B is sometimes a crapshoot. Or a 3B moving to 2B or LF. Makes playing around with position changes in the minors and during ST an aspect of the game. Now being able to see it all is rather anti-climactic.
