Usually the scouting discoveries in OOTP, especially in Latin America, are players who aren't that exciting. Some will develop later but most aren't expected to amount to much more than organization filler. But every once in a blue moon you discover the #1 prospect in baseball:
Meet Nelson Haro, found by head scout Rob Metzler in Venezuela. This profile looks like Wander Franco 2.0 with power, albeit at 1B instead of SS, a potential generational hitter, and BNN is already ranking him as the #1 prospect in the game within days of his signing. Of course he's only 16 and has a long road ahead of him before contributing but between him and Alex Duran, our exceptional July 2 signing last year, the future looks bright.
