To be fair, if the quality of the cards don’t progress throughout the season then there isn’t much of a point to play beyond the first month. The goal is to make the progression fun and challenging while remaining attainable.
For all of its problems, last year’s progression stayed interesting throughout the year. With all of the issues. I haven’t felt that sense of fun so far this year.
