Template errors and Category Not Found errors are due to not having the proper files installed locally.

In either case, please verify what data folder you are using, and ensure that the files are up to date. If you are using a custom data folder, you may need to copy files from the default installation location.

The category not found issue may be related to the above, but if you have a custom english.txt file in the saved game directory, I believe the game will use that file for the save. If you had a custom file and have imported your game through versions, that file is unlikely to contain new text items that were added in recent versions.

That doesn't necessarily explain the roster moves. That doesn't explain those situations. I would suggest checking in your team's transaction logs to see if anything shows up there for the dates. Sometimes if you are on Do Not Disturb mode the AI may handle some roster moves. Or if running a game with historical transactions players will move around.
