I have found a way to get around the "Waiting for server". What works for me is I close OOTP, log back in, open a different team. I usually go to my Perfect Team. I let that load, then I go back to my tournaments that got hung waiting for the server. That usually allows me to get back into my draft.

At least that's what works for me. I'm on a MacBook.
