I'd expect that Henry's rivals would primarily be members of the rival families for the Freemans and affiliated families to the Freemans, if not entirely.
I don't think Henry's brother would be a potential player in your IPA, but maybe members of Henry's wife's family could perhaps also play in your IPA, for instance. I'd have to check to see what I would have in terms of notes related at least to the maternal side of Gordon and Arthyr and Duncan and Elijah's family, of course, first, before I could be more specific here, for sure. If not also the paternal side of their family, come to think of it.
