For me OOTP 22 3D seems more refined and fluid than 23. (MacBook Pro 14 inch laptop). In 22 I can read most of the small outfield signs and the players seem sharper and run smoother than in 23. In 23 they appear slightly out of focus and choppy. Maybe it is just me but one other person said they noticed the difference. Yes I realize things are inherently different one version to the next and Lukas’s response is below. I don’t blame OOTP at all, it’s just the way software (and Apple) works.

Pelican (or anyone else that wants to) while using a laptop can you look at Dodger stadium using wide view about 15 rows up behind catcher using OOTP 22 and compare that to the same view using the same setting in 23? Look especially at the small signs on the outfield wall. My MacBook is up to date and I am using the highest resolution. If anyone has a suggestion on different settings, let me know.

Given that the libraries used to render graphics change and get updated between versions (and on your system as well each time the OS updates) it's not always going to be the case that the same settings that worked best for the previous game will work best for the current game.
This is very likely something where you'd just have to experiment with the graphics settings to find the right settings to make 23 look sharper on your system. It may just be something as simple as playing in a higher resolution than the default. Making sure the Mac OS is up to date can help as well, as that will also update the video card drivers on your system.
