There is an issue with the Mac and how OOTP22 renders a facegen file and how OOTP23 does. See this thread...

Here are those two facegens in OOTP23 on a PC. Your 22 fg on left, the 23 fg on right. It could be a touch narrower as I look at... but otherwise it looks like the picture to my eyes.
