Also, would love to see a revamp to the way scouting instructors and trainers are hired. It's just way too easy to sort by reputation and pick out the best scout/trainer. Gives a massive advantage to the user who will always hire the best available.
Would be great to have some sort of philosophical differences between scouts and trainers where you can hire someone based on their vision and keep their true effectiveness hidden. I know scouts have favor tools/ability, but this is just a 1-5 scale which is not enough IMO. There are countless number of preferences and techniques that go into scouting.
