From the Settings -> Troubleshooting menu...
FaceGen - Enabled
FaceGen angle - Random
FaceGen zoom - Normal
Profile picture zoom - Normal
FaceGen Detail - Medium
Facegen texture - High

From the Game Settings Menu...
FaceGen Pictures - Major League Only
Create Player FaceGen Pics - Upon Player Creation
Update/Generate FaceGen - On Status Update
Coach FaceGen - No Fictional Pics
Picture Search Mode - Search for photo first
FaceGen color mode - Normal
FaceGen background mode - No backgrounds on pics

I've been trying to get you guys a trace, but no crashes in the last 2 days.
Haven't played a ton though... I got debug mode on and I'll leave it on. The game doesn't run anywhere near as slow as I was expecting. Whenever the next crash comes, I'll send the trace file over.
