I'm sorry you have crashes, guys.
Will try to reproduce the issue and fix it asap.
While it's not fixed, you can try to disable Facegen entirely in the Game Settings, I hope it will not crash then.
I suspect that there is some bug related to it, but don't think it has something to do with the real photos.
Maybe something is odd with the pitcher. I'll check this.
