I'm not exactly sure that "never" is the answer to "when is it considered running up the score." After all, if Stoops had left his first-stringers in, or even if he'd called a bunch of aggressive trick plays with his scrubs, I'd feel like that was a bit much given the margin.

However, under the circumstances he was clearly not doing anything out of line.
