For the past wek Ievry time I try to log in to Perfect Team I get the followinig error.

Exception: WinHttpSendRequest;12030 The connection with the server was terminated abnormally.

What am I suppose to do? I know there is suppose to be a new patch but I can not find it on Steam, which is where I bought the game
