I did as you said but still get an error when trying to log into Perfect Team.
Each time I get the error
exception:WinHttpSendRequest:12030 The connection with the server teminated abnormally.
I have logged out of OOTP each time and closed the game down and shut off the computer waiting a few hours only to get the same error.
