Just wanted to chime in from a different perspective than I've seen in this thread. I'm a longtime OOTP player who picked up PT when GO came out last year. I've been FTP since GO started and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I purchased 23 at full price, instead of half price like I usually do, so that I could play PT immediately. Even though I'm FTP, that's still money that I paid to play.

I was planning to spend $20 at the first points sale as a thank you to the developers but that's on hold for now. Yes, it's just a token amount, but that's a lot of money for me right now. That's $40 for the game and potentially another $20 that they're getting from this FTP player.

I've been very patient but I'm getting very concerned about a game series that I've spent thousands of hours on.
