I have been a loyal customer since the beginning(check the join date under my username..same month and year as Markus), and I have never seen this company screw up so much so quick. Sure, some past releases may not have gone exactly smoothly, but it was never a huge screw up like this has become.

Sold your soul to Com2US and then everything goes to crap. I can’t help but imagine that is something more than a coincidence. Decision after decision has reeked of their influence, ESPECIALLY this one.

Sure, you reversed course but for most of your fan base the damage has been done and the trust is likely irreparable. You have turned off so many people with the goings on for this release and this was the icing on the cake.

Just letting you know you should probably start doing some community outreach on decisions like this rather than flying by the seat of your pants. Perhaps check in with your customers and see how they think announcements will go over with your fan base and then you won’t get stuck looking like fools when you make this kinda announcement and reverse course in the same day. Or don’t. And continue to lose your player base(both F2P and P2P alike) until you’re run dry.
