I have been trying to log in to Perfect Team all day Monday May 16th. Each time I get the error

exception:WinHttpSendRequest:12030 The connection with the server teminated abnormally.

I have logged out of OOTP each time and closed the game down and shut off the computer waiting a few hours only to get the same error.

What is the problem and how did I fix it?
