Thanks @Lukas. I guess something is screwed up, I try to force re-install and keep getting Patch installation failed: Could not unpack archive /Applications/OOTP Baseball 23.app/Contents/default_data/ballcap_files.zip (& /facegen_photofit_files.zip). FWIW, I'm able to unzip and view the compressed files with no issue.
