This is one area that needs attention and has for some time.

I'd AT LEAST like to see teams have individual AI trade settings, based on their current outlook (WIN NOW, rebuilding, etc.) combined with their place in the standings as the trade deadline approaches.

See way too many guys who walk as free agents from horrible teams at the end of the year who could have been nice rentals for a contender.

Oh, and make the AI more aggressive on the waiver wire!
