When I try to log in by entering my user name and my password I get this message in the ONLINE LOGIN screen:

(NHttpClientCpp::request) Response:12002: The operation timed out

Then I get the FORGOT PASSWORD? Screen.

I have entered the correct password then tried to change it but am not allowed to.

Before all of this happens I sometimes see a "contacting servers" notation above this.
