I mean I don't see why this couldn't be done, it may not be nearly as good as FM at first but it would be a step in the right direction. To me it just doesn't seem as realistic pressing "
apply as GM" and then you're in a level of high management, like some kind of walk on off the street. I just would like to see some level of realism in that aspect.
