So reading between the lines, the police essentially lied on their report.
The prosecutor shelved the case and it was dropped on April 28th of this year.

I also read a 3rd women has come forward as well. I am not going to cave to any conspiracy theory that everyone has it out for him. I do believe MLB has more information and is aware more about this case than we are and that is more likely the reason for the suspension.
