1. If you want to play every game for the Mets entire system MLB to FCL you can turn off background simulations and every game will be manageable
2. Since the records would change you would be changing history from the point you start at. So say if the Royals finish with the worse record they will probably draft Ken Griffey Jr 1st overall in 87
3. Yes Japanese players will get posted
