Happened just now with the new Live Bo7 16 team perfect draft. Signed up okay, get the error every time I try to start the draft. Showing packs below the description and the draft button, also, I don't know if that is relevant.
Tried going out and back in as that worked with a previous error, and got the same error message.

This is likely because there aren't enough qualifying cards to finish the draft. Once the full release set is out this shouldn't ever happen.
