Out of all this, all the AI does for me is the Zimmer over Tapia thing in RF. Will try to adjust that.
But starting a new fresh game, with scouting off, the AI is using Bichette at SS, Vladdy at 1B and Espinal as a backup IF.
If you have scouting on though, that may influence how the AI sees things.
Or, if the ratings are pretty finely balanced where a few guys are right on the verge of the AI preferring them over someone else at a key position, then a little development in game can throw this off and set off a chain reaction.

The preseason predictions are just based on the game simming through three test seasons in the background and taking the average results, so it can happen that if you get a bad sim, that this gets thrown off.
