I will insert these guys into my bullpen/rotation shortly after I draft them and they have instant success. I see it with other teams as well. I just ran another draft and turned on commissioner mode to do some digging. A lot of these guys have current ratings higher than their potential ratings at 21, 22, 23 etc. It's odd.
