Hi Lukas
I unfortunately am new to writing as a post so this could end up being a multiple message but now I want to provide you with a reference (see above). The machine is a Macbook Air with all current software. I am unable to provide a trace file because the game is frozen at the initial screen with a quivering ball on top and no response from any buttons pushed in the game. Just frozen. I have tried to reinstall and delete the program but the same thing continues to happen. Any help is much appreciated (which you have graciously done in the past).
