Also can't click on complete trade, it takes me instead to the trade log button which is supposed to be behind that. So its basically unusable right now.

Mostly likely this is a very similar problem to the above issue, where there's a program on your system blocking access to some of OOTP's folders and perhaps even deleting files, forcing the game to reinstall.
So make sure to whitelist OOTP in any anti-virus or anti-malware software you have running, and perhaps even exclude the OOTP data folders from their scans.
