Hey guys! I successfully got a Steam code today from OOTP support. The process I followed was this:
1. Sent an email to
sales@ootpdevelopments.com explaining the situation and asking for a Steam code.
2. You will get an email from
support@ootpdevelopments.zohodesk.eu soon after saying a ticket has been created
3. Responded to the email with the requested information.
4. They got back to me via email in under 24 hours offering a Steam code, which I accepted.
Importantly, I did not attempt to use the FastSpring key to activate the game. Hope this helps!
