I guess my only concern now is that if a pitcher is listed as a starter by the game, and that's what the potential rating is coming from, then why isn't he being scouted as a starter? That's where there is no consistency. His most recent seasons had him pitching as a starter but the game kept scouting him as a reliever. The game should be scouting him based on his current usage if that's where the potential ratings are coming from.....this was a minor league pitcher that I didn't control, so the game kept using him as a starter even though it's clear he never should have been used as a starter and the minor league team he was on had plenty of better starters than him
