Note: The following only reproduces in Perfect Team. I was unable to reproduce in a Standard Game.

Prerequisite: An active PT with sufficient cards.
Priority/Impact: Low
Workaround: Drag it yourself and/or use Saved Lineups
Difficulty to reproduce: High - inconsistent.

Reproduce:

Launch OOTP 23 Beta
Navigate to Perfect Team
Navigate to Home -> Strategy -> Player Strategy
Drag a player (Matt Olson in my example) to the Player Strategy area and set "Force Lineup Spot vs RHP" to 1
Check "Lock Strategy Settings"
Drag a different player (Nolan Arenado in my example) to the Player Strategy area and set "Force Lineup Spot vs RHP" to 1
Check "Lock Strategy Settings"
Navigate to Lineups -> Overview
Click Actions -> Ask Bench Coach for all depth charts & lineups

Expected:
1) Matt Olson is leading off against RHP
2) Matt Olson has a red 1 next to his name in the Lineup vs LHP+DH section
3) Nolan Arenado is leading off against LHP
4) Nolan Arenado has a red 1 next to his name in the Lineup vs LHP+DH section

Actual:
1) Matt Olson is not leading off against RHP
2) Matt Olson has a yellow number next to his name in the Lineup vs LHP+DH section
3) Nolan Arenado is leading off against LHP
4) Nolan Arenado has a red 1 next to his name in the Lineup vs LHP+DH section
