I'm getting blocked from submitting new sell orders in the Card Shop due to the "You have reached the 50 (buy + sell) order limit" message, but I have fewer than 50 pending orders.

EDIT: Just had a sell order completed, dropping me to 37, and I still get the limit message when trying to post a new order.
