The UI is nothing short of spectacular. I also love how SI approaches "club dynamics" which is what is essentially OOTP's "club chemistry". I do believe they implement it in a more realistic manner which also makes more sense. They use a "triangle" heirarchy to represent different "groups" within the club. They aren't based on position, but rather leadership and influence combined with talent.
Some good points! I always like the interviewing process when you're unemployed.

The one mod I downloaded goes all the way to level 23 in England, and several times I would start at level 9 or 10. It's very realistic the way you just can't take over a Premier League club when starting out. You can of course at the beginning, as you can pick any club, but not realistic, so I always apply for jobs, and go through the process. Funny when you apply to a higher level club, and then get an email basically saying the club thought it was comical that I applied and denied me an interview. A newbie with no experience, I may get Yeovil Town, but who knows. I've always hoped OOTP would do a similar process, but doubt it's in the cards for this version.
