I have only been playing for a couple days now but I've had an inability to submit a contract offer across a couple different saves in FHM 8. This is true whether it is a free agent or one of the players for whom my team has the rights. This is also true whether before the season or in season. I can meet demand or ask for response, but the submit offer button is grayed out and thus I cannot finalize an offer. Not sure if this is an error or if there is just something I am missing/not understanding here. Has anybody else encountered this or have a possible explanation?

Edit: I also cannot make a contract offer to my own player under contract (i.e. can't extend a player who is willing to extend).
