Not much teaching I could do. Self taught and learned by playing around and stealing/begging for layers from the many modders on the forums.
I do use Paint Shop Pro X6 (an old version that came installed on my desktop). Works great for me and is super user friendly. Not sure what a new version would cost, or if you can possibly download older versions like the one I have. If you ever go that direction, I can share my templates with you.
