Now that AG and GC have finally won a title together, it seems, maybe they can finally go out together, once their only/elder sons play with their fathers for at least one year apiece. Yes, if AG does retire a year before his current contract is due to expire at the end of the 1979 season, he'd be leaving a year's salary on the table, if he retires at the end of the 1978 season. But that'd be fine, I think, if that comes to pass, just the same.
Have you thought about creating at least one new league, if not more than one, for those over a certain age, with players from your league's history? Like a league for those who've made your relevant dynasty's Hall of Fame, for instance? It would be rather interesting to see those in the 50-70 years old age range, or even 80 or 100 years of age, competing against each other.
Of course, you'd probably have to tinker at least a little bit, if not a lot, here in order to create a Hall of Fame-type league setup here, for instance, I think, jg2977. It probably would be rather interesting to actually see if more recent players who've made your Hall could do well against those who have been retired for years or even decades in your IPA dynasty somehow.
