On second thought, why should athletes pay for the villainy of their governments? So this is not a bad solution, but two things:
1) Under no circumstances should the word "Russia," in any language, appear at the OIympics, and
2) It should be a quarter-century of good behavior before Russia is ever again considered as a host for the Olympics.
