Maybe a partial solution is to impose a maximum price limit on all cards below platinum. FH3 missions are almost impossible to finish now because needed cards are never available on the AH. Even if they were available the missions costs 10x more to complete them then just buying the card. Takes the fun out of it.
I will,continue to play PT22 since I have put so much effort into it but unless some serious changes are made will skip PT23.
