When player (coach, scout) retire, there is brief message in the news screen.
But the info is very dull. And there is room make it more interesting:
- achievements (trophies, medals) list
- Statistics summary (League, International)
- Game records
- Draft info

As you can see, there is plenty room in this window.

And second idea:
When some megastar retires, could it be done in some fashion? Special ceremony or something like that.
