The Reds came back all the way from 3-1 down to take the NLCS and set up a date with the Rays in the World Series, a rematch of last year's Fall Classic which Tampa Bay took. This time around the Rays facing several pitchers who were with the winning side last year but one they won't be seeing is Danny Romero, who unfortunately partially tore his UCL in the 1st inning of tonight's game and won't be back until next June. Another former Ray did come through big tonight and that was Chris Toombs, who went the final 2 innings preserving a 1-run lead and ended up at the bottom of the dogpile. Also our backup IF of last season Ramon Ruiz went deep.
