Two things that I can see, first is that you need to have "lid=1" as your URL, not "lid=#". I made the same mistake.

Second thing you need to fix is the editing of your bosi_config.php file in your /includes dir. You didn't follow the instructions of changing the DBUSR, localhost, etc. Check out the help file for BOSI for full explanation.
