I assume 4, 5, 4, 5 structure for the SL2.

Here are some details about the schedule:
34 team schedule, 162 games
Designed for the following configuration:

2 subleagues, each Subleague with 4 divisions,
SL1, All divisions with 4 teams
SL2, Divisions with 4,5,4 and 5 teams

SL1
4-team divisions
26 games against other teams in division (13H/13A)
12 games against the other teams of 1 division (6H/6A)
6 games against the teams of the other 2 divisions (3H/3A)

SL2
4-team divisions
26 games against other teams in division (13H/13A)
6 games against the teams of the other divisions (3H/3A)

5-team divisions
22 (12H/10A or 10H/12A) or 24 (12H/12A) games against other teams in division
6 games against the teams of the other divisions (3H/3A)

No cases of more than 13 straight days without offday

No homestands or roadtrips longer than 10 games

Game times set at 7:05pm 1:05pm 2:05pm 4:05pm with One Sunday game at 8:05pm

Season begins last Thursday on or after March 28
Season thus ends late September/early October

All-Star Game set for Tuesday of week 15 (Early July)

I also made a second one that fits a 5, 4, 5, 4 structure. I have tested the first one and it ran alright.

There was an error in the Schedules. I have corrected and tested them. You can find them a bit below.
