When you deactivate a player from your active roster the 14 day waiting period should start immediately, but it doesn't.

In my case I was not satisfied with the permormance of my Luke Appling card and deactivated it after the season and replaced it with a Cal Ripken card after I had completed that mission.
After one month of play I wanted to reverse that and activated the Appling card, and now he's on my reserve roster with the regular 14-day waiting period.

That however should long be over because he was deactivated at the end of last season, about six league months ago.
