well I think this is entertaining everyone's worst fears for sure. I suppose that's part of why I started this thread in the first place. There really isn't any "hype" or sense of excitement around here as far as the new version goes, and really, if you think about it, it's not that far off.
I might have thought one of the more positive ways to take advantage of ownership with supposedly much deeper pockets and resources would be to utilize the "hype machine" similarly to the way Sports Interactive does with SEGA.
