Yeah, this is what I was getting at. We simply don't know the magnitude of the CBA changes yet, so it is impossible to gauge how simple or complex the required updates might be.
I agree with what many of you are saying here, that most likely the game will release on its usual timeline, with subsequent patches if required to adjust to the new CBA. But there are still a lot of unknowns - Not only the content of the CBA, but also when will the lockout end? If it drags on into late February or March, then things may start to become a bit more difficult.
