That's quite true, but the problem is that that 0.1% contains most, if not all, of those who spend the 'real' real money, not the odd $20 but hundreds and maybe thousands. The sub-set (and sadly, that's all it is - but that's a different topic) of those people with adequate disposal income making rational spending decisions are entitled to expect a level playing field, not one rigged against them from the start, whatever the motive and intent.
